التدخل المهني لتنمية المهارات القيادية والمشاركة ‏لتحقيق التميز المؤسسي للعاملين بالجمعيات الاهلية ‏

مما لا شك فيه أنه من أسباب نهوض المجتمعات وتماسكها؛ إيجاد القيادات الناجحة, التي تمتلك المهارات القيادية في تشخيص المشكلات المجتمعية وتحديد مكامن الخلل, ومن ثم مواجهتها, واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة في المواقف المختلفة, والقدرة على المشاركة المجتمعية و الاهتمام بالخصائص التنظيمية النادرة بالجمعيات الأهلية, وتنتمي هذه الدراسة الي الدراسة الشبة تجريبية باعتبارها من انسب الدراسات ملائمة لموضوع الدراسة واعتمدت على منهج الشبة تجريبيي للعاملين بجمعية الطفولة والتنمية وعددهم (30) مفردة وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الى أهمية تنمية المشاركة والمهارات القيادية للجمعيات الاهلية العاملة في مجال تمكين المرأة المعيلة
There is no doubt that it is one of the reasons for the advancement and cohesion of societies. Finding successful leaders who possess leadership skills in diagnosing societal problems, identifying deficiencies, and then confronting them, making appropriate decisions in different situations, and the ability to participate in society and pay attention to the rare organizational characteristics of civil society associations. This study belongs to the semi-experimental study as it is one of the most appropriate studies. It is appropriate for the subject of the study and was based on a quasi-experimental approach for the (30) employees of the Childhood and Development Association. The results of the study revealed the importance of developing participation and leadership skills for civil society organizations working in the field of empowering empowering woman- headed household.
