المدخل التنموى وزيادة الكفاءة الاجتماعية للفتيات مجهولات النسب

تقع هذه الدراسة ضمن نطاق دراسات الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية، حيث استهدفت اختبار فروض الدراسة الرئيسية والفرعية، والتوصل إلى برنامج مقنن باستخدام المخل التنموى من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية لزيادة الكفاءة الاجتماعية للفتيات مجهولات النسب ، ولتحقيق ذلك قامت الباحثة بالتطبيق على عينة بلغ حجمها 26 فتاة من الفتيات مجهولات النسب ، وقد استخدمت الباحثة القياس القبلى البعدى لنفس العينة.
وكشفت الدراسة عن صحة الفرض الرئيسى بوجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات القياس القبلى والبعدي للجماعة التجريبية للفتيات مجهولات النسب فيما يتعلق باستخدام المدخل التنموى لزيادة القدرة على الثقة بالنفس والتعامل مع مواقف الحياة والقدرة على القيادة لصالح القياس البعدي.



ABSTRACT
This study falls within the scope of general practice studies in social work. It aimed to test the study's main and sub-hypotheses and develop a standardized program using the developmental approach from a general practice perspective in social work to increase the social competence of girls of unknown parentage. To achieve this, the researcher applied the program to a sample of 26 girls of unknown parentage. The researcher used pre- and post-tests for the same sample.
The study revealed the validity of the main hypothesis, with statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the pre- and post-tests for the experimental group of girls of unknown parentage regarding the use of the developmental approach to increase self-confidence, ability to cope with life situations, and leadership skills, in favor of the post-test.
